What can I expect on a fishing tour?
You can expect a relaxed fishing charter experience with a friendly, local Indigenous guide. This tour showcases the beauty of Teslin Lake as well as the culture and history of the area.
Do I need a fishing license?
Yes, it is your responsibility to obtain the required fishing license prior to boarding the boat. A license can be purchased from the local store or the conservation office. Click here for additional Fishing License details
How do I get there?
Teslin is an easy 2 hr long scenic drive ( 178 kms) from Whitehorse.
Where can I park my vehicle?
You can park your vehicle at the fishing dock in Teslin.
Is there accommodation nearby?
Yes, there are two hotels and camping available in Teslin.
Is there food included in my tour?
Bottled water and soft drinks as well as packages snacks will be provided.
What will I catch?
While there are no guarantees, We’ll fish for: Lake Trout as well as Northern Pike, Inconnu and Grayling.
What’s the best time of year to fish?
Fishing isn’t just a summer sport! Some of the best fishing in the Yukon happens in the Winter but we are currently offering summer packages. Stay tuned for future ice fishing adventures!

Will I see wildlife?
Teslin Lake is densely saturated with birdlife which gives you a very good chance of viewing eagles, loons, ducks and raven. You may even get lucky and see other wildlife as well.
Are there age restrictions for your tours?
We accept guests aged 6 years or older. There is no maximum age but guests must be mobile enough to climb in and out of a 22 foot aluminum boat.
